Good Job!!
Good job!
High five!
This is something I encourage everyone I coach to say to themselves and out loud. For everything they do!
Too often our self talk (as well as what we say to and about others) is critical.
Without thinking.
It's a habit. A desructive habit.
I'm not talking about using good judgement and telling it like it is to improve a situation, I'm talking about being judgemental.
Demeaning.
Condemning.
If you realize you made a mistake? Good job! Not that you made the mistake - that you realize you did and can correct it!
Good.
Job.
Good job!

Colleen, I'm a photographer that found you incidentally while searching for a domain name, because I am considering "coaching" DSLR's for my local community. I was struck by your positive message everywhere, and your accomplishments (helping others to succeed in acting, writing, etc.)
Just wanted to reach out and say "Hey, you're pretty darn cool." I'd like to take your picture some day.
Warmly,
Vin
